First Chinese New Year with my parents

This is my parents first trip to Taiwan, let alone Asia...So this is quite a trip for them...This was during Chinese New Year.

My mom couldn't eat the local Taiwanese cuisine...Everything looked so different from the American style Chinese food that she is so familiar with. Like the Cashew Chicken, Sweet and Sour Pork, Crab Rangoon (it's funny, but you can't find these dishes here...hmm...maybe because they are not authentic dishes...American Chinese!)

My dad, on the other hand, was fine eating the local cuisine and in the link below you can find him eating everything from fish balls, to BBQ stinky tofu!!
